1. Data Collection & Ingestion

When you deploy Aigenix modules or interact with our API Terminal, we may collect specific telemetry and node execution data to ensure seamless operation:

• Account Information: Name, secure email address, and cryptographic access keys.
• Swarm Telemetry: Log files, edge node routing latencies, and active processing states.
• Inference Prompts: Queries sent to our Neural Core (note: these are processed in isolated memory environments and immediately purged unless specifically configured for stateful logging).

2. Isolated Memory Processing

Aigenix operates on a zero-trust, isolated memory architecture. Unlike traditional LLM providers, we do not use your proprietary prompts, workflow data, or structural blueprints to train our foundational global models. Your edge nodes operate strictly within their designated partitioned hash ring.

3. Quantum Cryptographic Security

We deploy advanced security measures to protect against unauthorized interception, including:

• Post-quantum encryption algorithms for all data at rest and in transit.
• Strict mTLS v2 handshake requirements for node-to-node synchronization.
• Hardware Security Modules (HSM) designed to prevent reverse weight hijacking.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Integrations

Aigenix does not sell, rent, or monetize your network data. Information is only shared under the following conditions:

• Infrastructure Partners: Authorized cloud architecture providers strictly for executing required compute functions.
• Legal Directives: When legally mandated to comply with authorized law enforcement requests.
• Opt-In Services: When you explicitly enable third-party SaaS integrations (e.g., AWS, HuggingFace) via the API Terminal.

5. Data Retention & Core Purging

Your data is retained only as long as your Enterprise or Core node instances remain active. Upon account termination or node deactivation, all associated state files, vector embeddings, and routing logs are permanently purged from the Aigenix matrix within 72 hours, utilizing secure overwrite protocols.

6. Your Rights & Control

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you have the right to access, modify, or completely erase your telemetry and account data. You can initiate a data purge request directly through your Operator Dashboard or by transmitting a request to our legal team.
