
By initializing a neural node, accessing our API terminal, or orchestrating a custom agent swarm via Aigenix, you explicitly agree to the following operational parameters and usage directives.
This Master Service Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the "Operator") and Aigenix Inc. ("Company"). Accessing the Aigenix Matrix implies cryptographic verification and full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately terminate all edge node connections.
Aigenix provides infrastructure for autonomous processing and data synthesis. You agree NOT to utilize our edge nodes for the following restricted payloads:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys, hardware security modules (HSM), and authentication tokens. Aigenix utilizes zero-trust architecture; we cannot recover lost cryptographic keys. Any compute charges incurred via compromised keys remain the sole responsibility of the Operator.
We guarantee a 99.9% uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA) for active Core Nodes, and a 99.999% SLA for Enterprise Swarm routing. In the event of a latency deflection exceeding our guaranteed milliseconds threshold, affected Operators will be automatically credited Compute Units (CUs) to their terminal dashboards.
All neural architecture, base model weights, routing algorithms, and interface designs remain the exclusive intellectual property of Aigenix Inc. You retain full, exclusive ownership of any custom data fed into the system, the outputs generated by your specific fine-tuned nodes, and your proprietary vector states.
Aigenix is a decentralized inference platform. Under no circumstances shall Aigenix Inc. be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from autonomous decisions made by deployed AI agents, including loss of data, revenue, or business interruption.
