To ensure fairness across our parent community, we ask that returned clothing items remain in their baseline delivery state. Outfits must be unwashed, unworn, and free from external playground markings, sand traces, or laundry detergent scents.
All original product tags, security clips, and branded pastel packaging must stay intact and be included with the return package matrix.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to strict hygiene requirements and child health safety protocols, certain categories cannot be accepted for returns or structural exchanges once opened:
- Newborn Bodysuits & Intimate Rompers
- Socks, Tights, and Hair Accessories
- Clearance Items marked as "Final Playground Sale"

- Step 3: Download and print your automatically generated prepaid shipping label, attach it to your container box, and await our reverse pickup agent.
Refund Clearance Timelines
Once your returned parcel passes quality verification at our fulfillment center, we issue your refund instantly. The financial funds usually clear back into your original banking account or credit card path within 5–7 operational business days, depending exclusively on your local banking system.
