All orders placed before 2:00 PM EST from Monday through Friday are pushed straight into our cleaning and fulfillment bays on the exact same day.
Orders submitted during weekend intervals or local federal holidays are securely placed into queue locks and processed first thing on the subsequent operational business day.
Address Corrections & Redirects
Please carefully check your apartment numbers, street blocks, and postal zip vectors during checkout. Once a secure package collection completes signature processing and leaves our warehouse lanes, we cannot modify the physical tracking route.

In the rare event that your tracking link claims "Delivered" but your parcel is nowhere to be found near your porch, wait 24 hours (as carriers sometimes flag items early) before lodging an official missing claim loop with our dispatch team.
