Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If for any reason you are
not, we accept returns that meet the following criteria:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and authenticity certificates must be included.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and exclusivity reasons, certain items are excluded from our standard return
policy:
- Bespoke or custom-tailored garments.
- Intimate apparel and swimwear (if the hygiene seal is broken).
- Final sale items or products purchased during "Archive" sales.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our master artisans, we will notify you of the
approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
- Credits will be applied to your original method of payment.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
