2. Order Processing

Every Vastraa order is handled with the highest level of care by our logistics team.

• Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours.
• Bespoke or tailored items require an additional 10-14 days for craftsmanship.
• You will receive a tracking ID via email once your order has been dispatched.

3. Packaging & Insurance

To preserve the integrity of your fashion pieces, we use signature reinforced packaging. All shipments are fully insured until the point of delivery to provide complete peace of mind.
