1. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a reservation with Travexa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are booking on behalf of other participants, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept these terms on their behalf.

2. Booking & Reservations

A booking is confirmed only when we have received the required deposit and sent you a formal confirmation email. Please review your confirmation details carefully and notify us immediately of any errors.

• All travelers must provide accurate passport and personal details at the time of booking.
• Travexa reserves the right to decline a booking at our absolute discretion.
• Special requests (e.g., dietary needs, room locations) are subject to availability and cannot be strictly guaranteed.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your reservation. The final balance is due 60 days prior to your departure date. If final payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled by you. Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, taxes, or government fees before the final payment is made.

Travexa acts solely as an agent for various independent suppliers that provide hotel accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, activities, or other services connected with your tour. We are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, delay, or irregularity that may occur due to the actions or omissions of these third-party suppliers, or due to events beyond our direct control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or acts of government).
