How do I make a reservation at Restrova?

You can reserve a table in three ways: through our online booking form on the website, by calling us directly on +1 800 500 0000, or by emailing hello@restrova.com. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially for weekends and special occasions.

For groups of 8 or more, please call us directly so we can arrange a dedicated table and personalised menu options for you.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your reservation time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a late cancellation fee of $15 per person for parties of 4 or more.

For large group bookings (8+) and private dining, a 48-hour cancellation notice is required. No-shows without notice may result in a fee being charged to the card on file.

Do you accept walk-in guests without a reservation?

Yes — we always keep a selection of walk-in tables available at our bar and lounge area. However, during peak hours (Friday and Saturday evenings, public holidays), wait times can be 30–60 minutes. We recommend booking in advance to guarantee your preferred time and seating area.

Join our waitlist on arrival via the QR code at the entrance — we'll send you an SMS when your table is ready so you can wait comfortably nearby.

What are your opening hours?

We are open 7 days a week. Our kitchen hours are:

Monday – Thursday: 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Friday – Saturday: 12:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Brunch from 11 AM)

Last orders are taken 30 minutes before kitchen close. The bar remains open until 1:00 AM Friday and Saturday.

Is there a dress code?

We operate a smart casual dress code throughout the restaurant. We ask that guests avoid sportswear, flip-flops, and very casual beachwear in the evening dining areas.

For the Chef's Table and private dining rooms, we recommend smart or business casual attire. We want you to feel comfortable and enjoy the experience — our team will always guide you kindly if needed.

Do you change your menu seasonally?

Yes — our menu evolves with the seasons. We rotate our seasonal specials every 8–10 weeks based on the freshest locally available produce. Our core signature dishes — like the Ribeye Fiorentina, Spaghetti Carbonara and Classic Tiramisù — remain year-round as they are the heart of what we do.

Where do you source your ingredients?

We are deeply committed to provenance and quality. Our beef comes exclusively from a family-run farm in Val di Chiana, Tuscany. Seafood is sourced daily from trusted coastal suppliers. All vegetables, herbs and dairy are sourced from local and regional farms within 150 miles of the restaurant.

We never use frozen meat, pre-packaged sauces, or artificial flavourings. Everything is prepared fresh in our kitchen daily — including our pasta, pastries and stocks.

Can I view the full menu before visiting?

Absolutely. Our full à la carte menu, seasonal specials, tasting menus, drinks list and wine list are all available on our website. Menus are updated in real time whenever changes are made.

Do you offer a tasting or set menu?

Yes — our 8-Course Chef's Table Tasting Menu is available every Friday and Saturday evening from 7:00 PM. Priced at $120 per person, it includes a chef-guided journey through our most celebrated dishes, with optional natural wine pairing at $65 per person.

The tasting menu must be booked at least 72 hours in advance and is subject to availability. All dietary requirements can be accommodated with advance notice.

Dietary & Allergies

How do I inform you of a food allergy or dietary requirement?

Please inform us of all dietary requirements and allergies at the time of booking — there is a dedicated field in our online reservation form. You can also call or email us ahead of your visit.

On arrival, please remind your server of your requirements before ordering. Our kitchen takes all allergy information extremely seriously. Full allergen information is available for every dish on request.

Please note our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, dairy, shellfish and other allergens. Whilst we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment.

Do you have vegan and vegetarian options?

Yes — we offer a dedicated selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes across all courses. These are clearly marked on our menu with leaf icons. We are proud that our plant-based options are as considered and carefully crafted as our meat and seafood dishes.

Popular plant-based favourites include our Wild Mushroom Risotto, Cacio e Pepe, Fresh Burrata Classica, and Vanilla Panna Cotta.

Can you cater for gluten-free diets?

We can accommodate gluten-free requirements for most of our dishes. Our team will guide you through the safest options. Dishes like our Ribeye Fiorentina, Cedar Plank Salmon, most salads and several desserts are naturally gluten-free.

Please inform us in advance so our kitchen can take additional precautions to minimise cross-contamination risk.

Orders & Delivery

Do you offer takeaway or delivery?

Yes — we offer both takeaway (click and collect) and local delivery within a 5-mile radius of the restaurant. Delivery orders over $50 are delivered free of charge; below $50 a flat $4.99 delivery fee applies.

Takeaway orders can be placed directly on our website or by phone. Delivery orders are available through our website or via our partner apps (UberEats, DoorDash).

Estimated delivery time is 35–50 minutes. We package all dishes to maintain quality during transit — some items (like soufflés and risottos) are excluded from delivery as they cannot travel well.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), contactless and mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and cash. We do not accept cheques.

For private events and large group bookings, bank transfer payment is available. A deposit of 25% is required to confirm private event bookings.

Can I use a promo code or gift voucher?

Yes — promotional codes can be entered at the checkout stage of online orders. Gift vouchers are available for purchase on our website and can be redeemed in-restaurant or online. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-transferable.

Only one promotional code can be applied per order. Codes cannot be combined with other offers or used on the Chef's Table tasting menu.

Can I hire Restrova for a private event?

Absolutely. We have three private dining spaces available — a semi-private wine room for 8–14 guests, a dedicated private dining room for up to 30 guests, and exclusive full-venue hire for up to 120 guests.

We host corporate dinners, birthday celebrations, wedding rehearsal dinners, product launches, anniversaries and more. Our events team will work with you to create a bespoke experience including custom menus, florals, and entertainment.

How far in advance should I book a private event?

We recommend booking private events at least 4–6 weeks in advance for smaller rooms, and 3–6 months ahead for full-venue hire, particularly for Fridays and Saturdays. December bookings fill extremely quickly — we suggest enquiring by September for holiday events.

Can you cater for dietary needs across large groups?

Yes — our events team is experienced in managing diverse dietary requirements across large groups. When booking, simply provide a breakdown of your group's needs and we will ensure every guest is fully catered for without compromise on quality.

We can create entirely separate menus within the same event — for example, a meat menu, a vegetarian menu, and a vegan menu running simultaneously with equal care and presentation.
